This BASIC tank ring is intended exclusively for the Honda CB 600 F Hornet from model years 1998 to 2002. It provides a model-specific mount for a suitable Hepco&Becker BASIC tank bag.

Complete set contents

The product consists of the black tank ring and corresponding retaining plate. The retaining plate is attached to the tank bag to suit the tank contour and steering lock. The fuel cap can still be opened with the ring fitted.

Fitting and removal

The tank bag is placed on the ring and audibly engages in the mechanical lock. To remove it, the mechanism is released using the front strap positioned in the direction of travel.
