The Basic tank ring from HEPCO & BECKER is a practical solution for securely attaching a tank bag to the BMW R 1300 RS, built in 2025 and later. This product allows for easy handling and ensures that the tank bag sits stably on the tank, even at higher speeds.

The scope of delivery includes the tank ring and an individually adjustable counterholder, which can be mounted depending on the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars. The tank cap can still be opened without restrictions even when the tank ring is installed.

All you need is the tank ring and a compatible tank bag. The specific details about the tank rings are stored in the “My Bike” database. If necessary, you can also check manually whether a universal tank ring is available for the desired model.

Note: The Basic tank ring works mechanically, while the Lock-it tank ring also uses magnets for centering. Both systems are not compatible.
