MALOSSI Force Master 3 electronic ignition box for Yamaha T-Max 560

The Force Master 3 control module processes the signal from the original lambda sensor and transmits values of a virtual lambda signal to the primary control module. This allows the air-fuel ratio to be managed dynamically and individually in the operating ranges recorded by the original system control.

Function and coordination

An integrated circuit reduces electrical interference to the throttle signal. This means the actual degree of opening can be recognized more precisely. The Force Master 3 offers four different maps and allows a fuel adjustment of ± 14% in the LOW, MID and HIGH ranges. The speed limiter is adjustable by +700 RPM.

Four maps for different configurations

• Curve 0: original cylinder, Malossi exhaust system with db-killer, original filter, original air filter box, original camshaft, original head, original throttle body and original air intake system.
• Curve 1: Original cylinder, Malossi exhaust system without DB killer, original filter, original air filter box, Malossi camshaft, original head, original throttle body and original air intake system.
• Curve 2: Original cylinder, Malossi exhaust system without DB killer, Malossi filter, original air filter box, Malossi camshaft, original cylinder head, original throttle body and Malossi air intake system.
• Curve 3: Original cylinder, Malossi exhaust system without DB killer, Malossi filter, original airbox, Malossi camshaft, original cylinder head, Malossi throttle valve and original intake system.
