Dry lubrication without oily residue

Motorex PTFE Spray can be used as a lubricant and release agent. It forms a very thin PTFE layer and leaves no oily residue.

Properties

• Very thin PTFE layer with a particle size of 5 μm
• Prevents parts from sticking together in molds or machine tool structures
• Virtually unlimited chemical resistance
• For a wide temperature range up to +265 °C
• Suitable for hygienic dry lubrication

Applications

The spray is suitable for applications including slide rails and guide rails, conveyor belts, transport rollers and transport carriages, window mechanisms, roller shutter systems, and the permanent lubrication of shafts in plastic bearings. It can be used wherever mineral oils or silicones are undesirable for the application or a subsequent processing step.

Application and contents

• Shake well before use until the mixing ball moves freely
• Contents: 200 ml
