PUIG Z-Racing screen for the Honda CBR250R

Sporty lines meet specifically optimized wind protection: The PUIG Z-Racing screen was developed for the Honda CBR250R from 2011 to 2016. Its double height directs the wind over the helmet and upper torso, while side channels direct the airflow outwards and thus reduce pressure in the shoulder area.

Aerodynamically developed shape

PUIG tested the screen in the virtual wind tunnel and designed it to improve the drag coefficient and protection for the driver compared to the original screen. According to product testing, the average improvement in aerodynamic protection is 12.7% with the upper body in an upright position and 61% in the racing position.

Robust design with precise workmanship

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, the Z-Racing screen is made from 3mm thick, high-impact acrylic. It combines low weight with stability and durability. The rounded edge measures 2 mm and meets the relevant German TÜV safety check. Image-based quality control is used to check the panes during production.
