How it works
- Exact application of the test load specified by the chain manufacturer
- Measuring the length of 20 or 16 prescribed chain links
- Documentation of wear values using a specially developed digital caliper
- Clamping mechanism that can be adjusted to the respective test load
Scope of application
Suitable for wear testing of open roller chains as well as seal ring chains with O, X, Z or quad rings. The system makes it particularly easy to determine correct wear values for sealing ring chains.
