Air filter cover for cleaning the air filter box

The TECNIUM air filter cover is used instead of the filter when the motorcycle and especially the air filter box is cleaned. The rigid lid closes the air filter area and prevents dirt, dust, water and cleaning agents from entering. This means that the air filter box remains protected from the above-mentioned influences during cleaning.

Function and execution

• Rigid cover for use in place of the filter
• Prevents the penetration of dirt, dust, water and cleaning agents
• For sealing, the lid is supplied with a fastening screw and a rubber seal

Technical features

The fastening screw, together with the rubber seal, serves to securely seal the air filter box during cleaning. The cover is therefore designed for its intended use as a cleaning cover and is installed instead of the filter for this purpose.

Note on use

Before cleaning, the air filter is replaced with the cover. Once inserted, the cover is sealed with the included mounting screw and rubber gasket. The application refers to cleaning the motorcycle and especially the air filter box.
